1. Scope
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital products and software purchased through sharkmods.com, operated by Altura Interactive Solution – FZCO (Dubai Silicon Oasis, IFZA Properties, Dubai, UAE).
2. General Rule for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once a product has been delivered or a license has been activated. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and waive your right to a cooling-off period where applicable under your local law.
We comply with applicable consumer protection laws. Where mandatory statutory rights apply in your jurisdiction, those rights are not affected by this policy.
3. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Despite the general no-return policy for digital goods, sharkmods.com offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:
The product was purchased no more than 14 days ago.
The product has not been fully downloaded, activated, or used.
You can demonstrate a significant technical defect that our support team was unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame.
You have not previously received a refund for the same product or account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
You changed your mind after purchase.
The product was downloaded, activated, or the license key was revealed.
You purchased the wrong product and the product has been accessed.
Your system does not meet the technical requirements (which are clearly listed on the product page).
You experienced issues caused by third-party software, hardware, or connectivity problems outside our control.
More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account and contest the chargeback with your payment provider.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.

Das Produkt wurde vor nicht mehr als 14 Tagen erworben.
Das Produkt wurde nicht vollständig heruntergeladen, aktiviert oder genutzt.
Sie können einen erheblichen technischen Mangel nachweisen, den unser Support-Team innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist nicht beheben konnte.
Sie haben für dasselbe Produkt oder Konto noch keine Erstattung erhalten.
4. Ausschluss der Erstattung
In folgenden Fällen wird keine Erstattung gewährt:
Sie haben nach dem Kauf Ihre Meinung geändert.
Das Produkt wurde heruntergeladen, aktiviert oder der Lizenzschlüssel wurde angezeigt.
Sie haben das falsche Produkt gekauft und darauf zugegriffen.
Ihr System erfüllt nicht die auf der Produktseite klar angegebenen technischen Mindestanforderungen.
Probleme entstanden durch Software, Hardware oder Verbindungsprobleme Dritter, die außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs liegen.
Seit dem Kaufdatum sind mehr als 14 Tage vergangen.
5. So beantragen Sie eine Erstattung
Um eine Erstattung zu beantragen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Ihrem Kauf:

Bitte geben Sie Ihre Bestellnummer, den Produktnamen und eine kurze Beschreibung des Problems an.
Wir bemühen uns, innerhalb von 3 Werktagen zu antworten. Genehmigte Erstattungen werden innerhalb von 5–10 Werktagen auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode zurückgebucht.
6. Rückbuchungen (Chargebacks)
Wenn Sie eine Rückbuchung einleiten, ohne zuvor unser Support-Team kontaktiert zu haben, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Ihr Konto zu sperren oder dauerhaft zu deaktivieren und die Rückbuchung bei Ihrem Zahlungsanbieter anzufechten.
7. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Richtlinie unterliegt dem Recht der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate. Streitigkeiten werden unter emiratischer Gerichtsbarkeit beigelegt.
